Would the insurance be too much?

"Here is what happen. I had been asked into this car  insurance    firm. I was the past 5 years using them. 1 first one was at an airport as well as the dude that attack me said total responsability 2nd a guy experienced a red light and hit me and was charge using a dui. Another a woman clipped because it was a he said she said my car and no promises were paid
